Hi! I'm Claudia Watts, a dedicated REALTOR® with a deep passion for helping people.
Originally from Mexico, I've been proud to call Tucson, Arizona home for over 26 years. I deeply appreciate the diversity, culture, the stunning Sonoran desert landscapes, the incredible food and strong sense of community that make this city so special.
Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent nearly a decade working in the medical field caring for patients. After that season, I was blessed to dedicate 11½ years as a stay-at-home while my daughter's were younger. Those experiences shaped the compassion, patience, and strong communication skills that guide how I serve my clients today. My love for interior design also helps buyers envision the potential of a home and allows me to strategically market listings to maximize value for sellers.
As a bilingual REALTOR® fluent in English and Spanish, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. I strive to create a personalized and supportive experience while helping my clients make informed decisions during one of the most important moments in their lives.
I am honored to have received the Rising Star Award (Rookie of the Year) from the Tucson Association of REALTORS and the Shooting Star Award from Tierra Antigua Realty. I have also earned my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, the At Home With Diversity® certification, and the Pro and Expert designation with my broker.
Giving back to the community and beyond is deeply important to me. I've been privilege to participate in numerous outreach efforts helping those in need in our city, Mexico, and Africa. I am currently an active member of the Housing Opportunities Committee with the Tucson Association of REALTORS, a volunteer with the Tierra Antigua Hope Foundation, and involved in my church’s outreach ministry.
I am a proud wife, mama, and yaya, and family is at the center of everything I do. These roles have given me a deep appreciation for the meaning of “home” and the importance it holds for every family.
Outside of real estate, I cherish spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling, playing games, and home decorating.
